Linville
Falls Lodge, located in Linville Falls, NC, was built by our family in 1937 using local stone on the
exterior and knotty yellow pine for the interior walls and ceilings and oak
floors. Rooms have separate baths. Over the years we have updated many times
to include ceramic tile bathrooms, new windows, and covered porches, while
maintaining the integrity of design and nostalgia that depicts the heritage
of the original building.
The cottages were added to the property over the
years to accommodate guests that prefer kitchen facilities for a longer
stay. They maintain the character of a "mountain" getaway with woods to the
back and a large yard to the front. The cottages have covered porches for
outside activities or for just enjoying the quiet beauty of the surrounding
area.
